I renewed our passes yesterday using this offer, the discount on 3 passes has paid for our Santa tickets.

Yes I'm unimpressed. Trying to renew now to get the 20% (as I bought our passes last Black Friday so are up for renewal) but it's not much of an incentive for the annual pass as everyone gets it!

disappointed I renewed at 10% off, feel they should at least offer existing pass holders 20% for their renewal so they don't feel short changed

On Friday gonna just buy 2 new passes as they work out to be £92 each renewal price £103.

Yep, same here. I took the 10% renewal as we wanted to make visits over half term but the chances were that there'd be a black friday offer.

I'd like to think that the park will notice this descrepency next year and addresses it.

Also looks like 20% off gift vouchers so if you pass is due to expire later you could buy a gift voucher now and redeem it later
