Yeah the one in May was shocking, we got stuck in the car park for over an hour.

We're booked in for Halloween but tempted to leave before the fireworks to avoid a repeat of last time.

Honestly not expecting much as they seem to have really cut back on the displays compared to previous years.
 
Had an email and it states the rides finish at 8pm on the firework nights...thought it was 7pm?

Maybe they learned that with that extra hour of ride time the queues to get out the park won’t be as bad.

Not sure what I thought of the display tonight.
Now for the fireworks themselves they were the best the looping group has ever put on with was also the shortest at less than 10 mins.
The sound was awful with some of the speakers at the front was neither not working or the sound was distorted. No lighting around the area and the songs selected didn’t go with the fireworks.
Lots of guests around us wasn’t happy and said it wasn’t a batch on the display Tamworth castle put on.
 
Maybe they learned only having them select rides open wasn’t enough and they added a couple more. How busy was it yesterday? Did they sort the sound out for the display?

I was disappointed, the fireworks themselves were definitely the best Looping have put on but at 9 minutes long it was a bit of a Joke, especially since people were hanging around the lake over an hour before the display.

I don't know what was going on with the sound but it wasn't in time with the fireworks which was disappointing; it would have been better if they had turned it off.

We didn't go on any more rides after the fireworks, but it took us just over half an hour to exit the car park.

I was also disappointed with the food offerings, the appeared to have run out of food colouring as the zombie donuts where just regular donuts and the milkshake was missing it's green colouring.

Fun food was absolute chaos. No one can hear what numbers are being called because of the DJ and they were processing orders (for the same items out of order). There were also periods of time where they completely stopped serving people as one person was filling the hot chocolate machine and the other the ice cream machine.

They don't seem to have enough staff and don't always train the staff they do have to be efficient. I don't blame the actual staff members as they're always polite and friendly and I know they're doing their best, but they need more of them and they need better training.
