I know the Park used to play a lot of custom made music back in the day and really gave the park its lawn identity, so it's pretty sad seeing the park currently use and rely on stock music for their areas, especially Neptune's Arcade, which now just plays random pop music. Sheriffs Showdown music is also the top results if you search "Wild West music." On YouTube. You can't make this up. Hopefully this'll be rectified in the future and they can start having custom made music in the near future again.

I feel Sherrifs would work better with some more up beat music, exactly how it was when it was Golden Nuggets.

I never thought the music works to well, it's very slow and doesn't do much to hype you up for the shooting that awaits. I think some music around the actual ride would work well too. It's very quiet in there.

Agreed. I remember watching a vlog from 2016 and the music was persistent throughout the entire ride, even the barn, which now has no music playing. It's the worst part of the ride by a mile. Here's the vlog below! Skip to 24:43

Music does play in the main room, but it's so quiet, i don't think even turning the speakers up would help in any way. What it needs is custom music, music that makes you excited for a fast paced, wacky shoot em up, but as of now, it fails terribly.

The music for the rapids is very recognisable, you can hear it as you entr the park and its one of the first "sounds of drayton"

Similarly the Vikings area music is pretty atmospherci.

To be honest I don't think I could even tell you what the Showdown music was, even if given it in a mulitple choice.

Not too concerned with pop in the amusements, I'm not sure I'd want music that fits with the King Neptune theme to be honest. - Thinking about it though, the amusements would probably link much better with an adventure cove link than a pirate one.
