Just a thread to generally discuss all entertainment offerings. Some photos of the opening show on Sunday.

That reminds me, I have a full video of this one to upload.
I'll pop it on the DraytonTalk channel at some point this week (Got some more GoldRush videos first)

I do love the park entertainment team. Everyone does a fantastic job - from Thomasland to roaming performers. They are fantastic and great at creating memories for guests of all ages.

Current entertainment groups you may see around the park are as follows:
ThomasLand (Rusty, Dusty & Sir Topham Hatt)
Rory & Lory
Vikings
Cowboys

Also in the afternoon at 10 past four is the circus showman on a double bike with a bubble machine

I do feel like they need more performers tho, I do love those two entertainers but sometimes I feel they are overworked. They do Vikings, Cowboys, Tiny Circus and much more! But it is quite iconic tho just seeing them two in all different outfits. They are really a dynamic duo!

you mean they’ve been travelling? Those 2 entertainers have been travelling with the circus? Or the tiny circus itself?

The guys do a lot of performing as a duo taking their shows all over the place & work with other companies too.
Lots of performance contracts to keep them busy (they take jobs on)

They get regular breaks during the day and don't do Monday-Sunday solid. Performing at intervals between park open and close time.

It does make me giggle seeing them both in the different outfits during the day.
There are other guys who do these roles too but on other days.
 
The entertainment isn’t as good as it was in 2021.
The amount of actors and staff dressed up as cowboys was excellent on the press event but it really needs a stunt show as it’s a western town.
 
I was hoping for some sort of interaction on the balcony of the saloon building but it hasn't really got an access point.

Imagine that with another actor on the Accelerator balcony?! Crazy shootout (or the inventor on the balcony)

Is the tiny circus’s there’s? Because they use that bike and the western stuff and the vikings stuff? Do they own all that or does drsyton own that?

I believe they own Tiny Circus between them as one of the shows they offer out to events and stuff.

As for the Viking & Western stuff, I think that is resort exclusive.

(I'm not fully clued up on the deep down specific parts mind)
 
Finally remembered to upload, Rory & Lory's Start of day show:

This is a short but sweet interaction to prepare people for the day ahead.
It includes a chance to meet Rory & Lory after

Be warned, this is a VERY busy show and is crowded. If you are looking for a quieter, less chaotic experience, I would recommend the normal shows or walkabouts.

And yes, I did need to stand on a bench for this one.
 
Just a mention about yesterday's visit the stage computer broke but was still able to fix it for the disco and they communicated very well around the park with guest services making guests aware of the situation.
