Bought it at some point in the last few years i'm guessing
it's got a cert of authenticity so it's been purchased via them.

Surf shack did sell ride parts for a time - not sure if they have any there this season (haven't had any on my visits so far this year)

Why would anyone want a coaster wheel. It’s retro signage/props I'm more interested in.

To be fair when comparing to some of the catering at theme parks I reckon its probably less chewy than some of the burgers.
And cheaper.

Some people like buying them for the authenticity of owning something that has actually been around a real coaster's track thousands of times, which in this case is of course Shockwave.
