Hey Passholder,

The countdown to our 75th Anniversary season is well and truly underway, we are excited to welcome you back to the park to enjoy all your favourite rides!

Don’t forget, the Big Restart is taking place on the 29th March, if you can join us for the first day of full park operations of 2025 we would love to hear your feedback to ensure we are delivering the experience our most valued guests expect.

On the 4th April we will be debuting our 75th Anniversary Museum and would like to exclusively invite you to a 4pm session in Falls Theatre before it is opened to the general public the following day. Our Managing Director, Victoria Lynn will be onsite to welcome you to this very exciting and incredibly nostalgic experience.

With fireworks on the 5th April, loads of brand new live entertainment and daily shows we are excited to celebrate this milestone year with you.

Thank you to all passholders who have set up their new accounts to redeem your Annual Passes!

If you haven’t done this yet, follow these simple steps to set up your new pass:
  • Click here to enter our ticketing system
  • Click the person icon in the top right
  • Enter your email (linked to your current Annual Pass)
  • Click Forgot Password and create a new one
  • Log in and go to My Account
  • Click the pencil icon in the My Profile section to upload a profile picture (required for park access)
Important: To activate your Annual Pass and gain park access, you must upload a photo to your account.

Does anyone know what's happening with renewals & if you still get a discount? Our passes expired on 12th March (I think) & we've not had any communication about renewing which we did last year.

I did download the tickets & created an account on the website but Our old passes don't even have a date attached to them so I unsure if they have actually expired!

All Drayton Manor Annual Passes are valid for 12 months from the first scan.
 
Hi everyone, been a while since iv been in! So catching up slowly!
Going in for annual passes in a few weeks for the first time, i see that no pre booking is required, but is pre booking required for adding the friends and family tickets? Or can i get them on the gate no pre booking?

Im not sure, the change over process has been a complete mess. I've got 4 annual passes, they've emailed me about 2 of them, tried to update the password, finally did that and guest services told me all passes should be in the account, the missing 2 are there now but when I try to access them it says "this action is unavailable" and absolutely nowhere can I see where I can add a family/friends ticket.

begs the question, why did they need to change the system?

I think the tap app is no more as it’s missing from the App Store and if you click on it on your phone it crashes. So don’t think Drayton Manor had much choice.

I still have access to the tap app for the safari park. App seems to be working fine for me but I do agree , it seems like this was a last minute decision that maybe Drayton manor didn’t have much control over.

I have seen its been a bit of a mess on here and elsewhere online, just so confusing, last year i used the Tap app for tix, now theyre no longer using it, it loads up fine still on my phone but i use android, trying to make sense of it isnt easy 😂 its first time heading for an annual so im new to it all, and hope is to go at least once a month
 
Mine are all sorted after emailing - friends and family tickets are still £45 though
Hi!

I’ve tested this process this week and found that the friends and family tickets show as £45 until you put your annual pass number in the Identifier box before check out, then it reduces to £20. I guess it’s a way of offering the tickets online but filter out the non-pass-holders.

The instructions were in an email dated 28th Feb. Hope that helps.
