Suggestions - For Improvement (About Drayton Manor)

I'd love to see it but I don't think we will see it return for safety reasons. Photo point may encourage people to move to be in the photo..
I know other parks have on ride rapids photos, but Drayton more than anyone most likely don't wish to take that risk.
I think the biggest issues are that people would likely move around the boat to be in the photo (which obviously Drayton do not want to happen) and unless you had 2 cameras facing sides of the boat it wouldn't be possible to get everybody in the photo.
For a ride that opened 3 years ago next month it’s in a bad state already.
Can't believe it's already been 3 years, it feels like yesterday that Adventure Cove opened!

Like the boat could do with another lick of paint, the section where you use to get stuck really is in a bad shape with a lot of the props broken or rotten.
I notice all the smoke has also gone and the smell pods not working.
Also the water jets switched off.
I think this is Drayton Manor’s longest standing issue. They focus on a ride when it’s opened, but once it’s not the newest thing, they seem to just neglect it.

Pirate Adventure, Sheriff’s Showdown, Apocalypse, River Rapids, Submarine Splash, Accelerator are all examples of rides that could’ve and should’ve been looked after better once they’d opened.

Couple of Frontier Falls items, I'm sure these will already be scoped for the future but just in case...

The cross beams providing the basis of the roof in the queue line outside need to get a lick of paint. Right now they have the hardware codes printed on them which takes right away from the aesthetic. It's a shame actually because the timber is quite "golden" in colour.

Also when considering building theming the back of accelerator has to be as much of a priority as anywhere else on the ride. Coming out of Goldrush the starkness of the metallic backing is, in my opinion, the starkest contrast to the other theming that there is.

I Didn't know weather to put this in it's own topic or stick it in here - if staff think its suitable for its own topic then please just move it -

So I've had this idea in my head for a good few years now on what would I do with the space where Excalibur was.
Type of coaster - Intamin jetski coaster

Brown (Station) Slightly raised to allow for the first section to be a drop out a station - slight s bend and turn into Launch through the old gateway into the ride.

First section - Low sweeping left into a tall sweeping right overbank (Ideally to tie in with a pirated retheme that had a drop that comes outside and underneath)
Sweeping S bends through the old turrets.

turn right into a climb to a sweeping down helix,

Section around the Island a mixture of small bunny hops/ fast turns and a final rise and drop into Launch 2, through the old tunnel

Come out and then a new large themed piece of a smashed/ capsized Pirate ship where the riders enter through the back and come out up a spike up the top, reverse back through the section of track through the tunnel and then into switch track and come to a dead end similar to 13, then launch back forwards into the station.

I feel like the smashed pirate ship would be a great theming piece as sort of gateway to a new refreshed Pirates cove and as I said hopefully a new refreshed pirate adventure, and possible refresh of the flat rides.
