We're back celebrating Thomas and all his friends during the February Half Term in the Big Blue Birthday Bash which replaces Dinosaur Breakout after two years.

More information to come soon! I'm predicting another activity trail like the one in thomasland for the last birthday event.

Should be fun for the little ones, its nice to see something different from DMR..I see Alton Towers has gone with the tiresome Pirate Takeover for their Feb Half Term..

I don't think we'll be doing the Thomas event tho, our 5 year old has outgrown it sadly and now he's 1.2m everything else other than Gold Rush is "for babies"

Not going to deny it, we're going to miss the Dinosaurs.
Same here
I really liked the event ^^` it was quite fun and we spent a lot of the day chasing dinosaurs across the park.

I'm all for a Thomas themed event but there isn't really much they have done with the ip for events before. Let's see how things go but I'm expecting it to be similar to the thomasland celebration the other year. (I'm hoping for more though)

I think it’s also a cost savings event as the dinosaurs were excellent but I didn’t see it busy at all last February and the event was ran by an events team.
Now they just got to put banners
up, bring the cake back out that they used in 2023, Put Thomas and his friends into there party costumes and do a couple of new shows in Thomas land.

If anyone wanted to check them out, this is the team who provided the dinosaurs.
They also do a range of other themes and support a wide range of attractions.

I know Thomas is a big part of the park and a good one to include, but I would like to see an event that isn't Thomas themed (Sorry Thomas, I feel like we're seeing a lot of you recently. As much as I do like Thomas, I would prefer other events, especially for wider age ranges/target audiences)

I have to agree, Thomas events always get an eyeroll from me. I guess its an wasy crowd puller for the park...

They could easily accomodate the dinsosaurs one week during main season..maybe during the easter events rather than Thomas (again).
