My initial thought was its the splash canyon rebrand. Ships wheel = water. But that’s just a complete guess.
I think it may be a sc rebrand because i dont really see a brand new attraction been added till next season now
The drone videos that were posted a few weeks back show no work on the g-force site so I don’t think they’d get a wave swinger in that quickly, but I could be wrong.I have to agree the ship wheel made me think Splash Canyon too and the fact they mentioned wave. Some have said wave swinger but I though the rapid waves of splash canyon ?
Personally I’m hoping for Splash Canyon rebrand/re-opening.

June isn't that far away so I'm guessing this will progress pretty quickly.
Seems funny that a staff member would confirm when Drayton and looping haven’t yet...

I spoke to guest services and I asked about the rapids all they been told to say is summer and they virtually confirmed it is a Wave swinger coming.
Also they got the hardcore down and markings down for what looks like where the ride will go and the fencing.

It would make sense to put the wave swinger at the top and cause they removing the chairlift fencing a disco-coaster could easily fit across there. Would love for them to have the edge size version but it would more likely be Airbender Size.
They’ll likely demolish that. I’m not sure why they didn’t in the first place, maybe something to do with the camera system or electrics? But they’ll almost definitely remove it, the modern ‘shed’ is not something that would fit in with the new Adventure Cove theme.
Makes sense, as you say it won't fit in with Adventure Cove.
I thought they may have had a plan for it given it wasn't removed in the original demolition.
I may be totally wrong, maybe they will use it for something. If they did though I imagine the outside cladding would be removed and changed to fit the theme more.
