Ride Lifetime

They’ll replace test track and put 2 more hb leisure stands in its place!
I always knew the big wheel wasn't going to remain for long at Drayton despite its refurbishment. I expected them to replace it with a magic carpet or something interesting. Instead we get a HB Leisure Test Track ride that you have to pay £1 for and when i last went to Drayton, hardly anyone was using it!!!

Really popular during Summer apparently!

Think about it as well, you head the the back end of the zoo with Terence, you're kid is too small so they only way they can drive is to pay £1 to go on Test Drive

Harry you have a fair enough point. However, Test Track wasn't much use when it rained really heavily back in May or so. How long do you think it will last?

Too be fair most of the outside HB Leisure outlets don't look to make much income anyway when it's raining, especially in heavy rain. I've been in the park loads of time as a guest and working and the main path looks to be dead most of the time as people are taking shelter. I think they could probably built a HB shelter to put their games in away from the rain (Time to get rid of dodgems and make that building to use).

My prediction is that the next ride to be removed will be Test Track HB Leisure thing so they can put a proper attraction in the place!
I imagine Test Track is quite a good earner for the park, and I don’t see the area having much potential given it’s size. I’d rather larger areas were focused on before removing any other attractions - paid for or not.

I’ve never seen that many people use it. The most activity I’ve seen is staff sweeping water out. It doesn’t even look like much fun.

Based on the parks target audience. Probably Air Race.

It's quite intense for the audience (and today's video I shared has been a lot of people not enjoying it)

I also forget it exists

Alternatively, Jolly buccaneer in preparation for a ride area refurbishment maybe

Or the one I don't want to lose, Flying Dutchman (not sure on shelf life)

Flying dutchman is simple enough that they can keep that going for as long as they are willing to pay for it unless it gets some pretty major structural damage. My guess would be moving jolly buccaneers for some investment in that area, but in terms of removals I would say that Air Race is definetly on that list, and to be honest, Sherriff's Showdown could do with some pretty major TLC. The other thing is any of the original Thomas land rides as they are all starting to get on a bit now.

I’d be gutted if they remove air race though I would fully understand the reasoning behind it.

It’s the one ride lil man does ( whilst the grown ups watch of course) and he loves it. It always has a solid queue aswell.

I’d put the buffalo on that list as it seems to get slower and slower.

I'd say buffalo. It's close to end of life. Otherwise I'd say dodgems as they are old. I think they could keep jolly buccaneer as it's fairly reliable

I'd be gutted if they removed flying Dutchman.

Buffalo may have a little more time as they gave it the Jormungandr refresh, but I don't know how much longer that will give it.

I might be wrong, but I feel like Flying Dutchman is the last of its kind in the world so part sourcing may become harder.
