I read that the train was closed today so they could be fully testing the ride with all the boats.
I think the rapids will be all finished by the end of the month with the wave swinger and other bits done mid July with it all opening on the 19th July.

certainly is exciting to see that they are actually investing time and money in the park to make it look amazing and hope i can get there some time this year to see all of the new attractions in person and not just in pictures, also notice how it says the gates open at 1015 how long has it been like that?

It’s only off peak days. Peak days the park opens 9:45 or 10 with rides open 10:30. Years ago when the Zoo was the main attraction it opened at 9 which you paid at booths at the entrance which included parking and the zoo with the option to buy wristbands or tickets around the park with rides open at 10.30 to 6.

I can't comment on yesterday but today it was used for access and regular movement of people and stuff also potential electrical work

I've just posted a brand new update from Adventure Cove! This is the eighth update from the new area which includes updates on Tidal Towers, Wave Swinger and The Adventure Cove River Rapids attraction with construction continuing and the completion of rapids.

Didn’t take any pictures but there was a lot of work going on site. Think it’s gonna have a soundtrack as they were installing speakers in the queue lines and the photo booth is finished.

Maybe to test out if each speaker is working fine. I can see as soon as the rides are all finished videos been made to promote the new area ready for the summer season.

The rapids are nearly all finished with a lot of rubbish cleared around the ride entrance. They were testing it and putting staff thought rescue training.

I think it’s all part in the ride getting it’s safety certificate. Like how many will be positioned around the course.

The entrance to the ride is on the left and you enter the station area on the right side of the cabin. The exit on the left side of the cabin with the other path been the entrance to the cabin.
