Maybe it was a preview of the exhibition this week and they been testing it out.

They only just announced that it was open by social media even though it opened nearly a week ago

The display was worst than last week with just rusty going around and Henry when the button was pressed.
James was still sitting there and Thomas looked like he had moved in the past week.

Only 2 trains were Henry and Rusty with the windmill going around.

On the day it opened all the trains were moving
If you notice by the end of the video only Henry, Rusty and James were moving.

Well, I heard Thomas got stuck just outside Great Waterton.
