Thomas, Rosie and Percy Engine Tours (Sodor Railway)

Doesn't really need all 3 on at once capacity wise - let alone 2 some days (Not sure it can even run 3 on one time)
They also need to staff each train so theres a staff requirement.

I would assume that the third engine is on standby just in case.

I feel like we may see 2 at Christmas (As just Thomas will be quite a wait but then again... It could be just Thomas)

It can only run two at once anyway. They used to have four engines, not sure if they still do. Two Thomas’, one Percy and one Rosie. I believe the Mattel contract specifies they must always have a Thomas on the circuit, hence why they have two in case one breaks.

Well the last few visits they only been using Rosie only.
Maybe they only use 2 on very busy days.

What does everyone know about this ? It’s just been sent to me and apparently it happened 2 days ago?

They got 2 weeks max to get it sorted or they will have to use the main park train for the Christmas event
Is it possible the only reason it's closed is to prepare it for Christmas? Because if it's to do with that photo which was uploaded previously that seems like a fairly easy fix... just lifting it back onto the track.

Not if it damaged the track (not an expert in trails / derailing or anything of the sort but I feel like it wouldn't have been a gentle "hop" like a toy set)

If they can't resolve it by Christmas, they do have another train ~ Polperro, so that could be utilized again (would make for a longer journey / story too)

With something of that size, there is actually a good chance they can just lift it back onto the track, unless it was over a point, in which case the blades and frog could have sustained damage.
