What happened to the old queue line railing? I noticed that they were removed

You mean the queueline that was at the bottom of the stairs by the entrance.

That was removed when that big Apocalypse sign was removed as even on a busy day like today the queue wasn’t outside the main entrance doors.

Apocalypse is a great ride and I want to see all towers Operating at the start of the season so I can do a challenge on all towers in one day!!!

It’s very rare all 5 sides are in operation it’s usually both sit down as that’s the busy side and 1 stand up with the floor less available if guests want to go on it.
That’s my idea of a nightmare. I can’t do drop towers!

Think it was during the construction of the ride so HSE would be with the company who were working on it and not the park.
Didn’t know it all just a ladder in the centre leading up to the motor room.
notice the lack of safety stuff when the he was carrying up the ladder.
A very interesting watch. I thought there'd be spiral staircases or something of the sort, not ladders. I would not fancy climbing to the top of Apocalypse... Amazing to see the ride in its opening format too, and to see the hype there was around the ride.

Well they still have to do that now for maintenance on the motors. I bet it’s cold up there in the winter months.

There was a lot of noice going on inside the building on Sunday afternoon

It’s taken me 20 years to spot how they get into the centre of the tower. I thought it be a door on the other side.

Think the ride really needs maintenance during the closed season. The standup/Floorless worked good so the queue was kept low but the sit down opened with Both but cause of the social distancing it on average loaded 2 persons on each then September onwards it went down to just 1 in use so the queue was near the entrance and on the final day of the season none of the sit down was in use.
