General Passholder Discussion

I clicked on the bit in the original email that said “show receipt” (under the download tickets but) and this stopped the PDF generating and I could add them to my Apple Wallet. Looks like the expiry dates have gone a bit wrong though - and can’t reset password as mentioned above!

Where do you see the expiry date?
 
Once it’s in my Apple Wallet - doesn’t show otherwise!

Got mine at 1.15 this morning. I have tried the password reset the link doesn't work in the reset e-mail so will try again in few days. Suspect they are having lot of problems and it hasn't been beta tested. Google wallet is the same as above so don't think it will be a great restart day so now definitely giving it a miss as it looks as though I can't go until 16th August lol
 
Please see the below from the Guest Services Team about the password reset issue - they are aware.
Please direct any further queries to the guest services team as they are pretty responsive today.

Likely on the website which you can't login to at the moment :( (Google wallet mode does not show an expiry)
This looks like where the photo will be, so I assume the date will be in there too

I think they both should be on the wallet because thats kinda important for a customer to know without signing in constantly.

Funny thing is, my pass expires on the 8th of March, so I am kinda doing all this for no reason potentially. (Guess I can be the guineapig for the renewals)

If you click the three dots at the top on the wallet, there is a date included there, bears no resemblance to my expiry but it is there. I really think the IT guys have their work cut out to get the park open Itwise for March weekends.
 
I've got 4 annual passes all tied to the same email address but they've only sent me an email for 2 of them...also having the same issue regarding changing the password...
 
Seems like this was a rushed decision and wasn’t very well thought out (or tested)! Hopefully they will release some proper comms soon via social media and email.
 
Does anyone have the Platinum Pass? We're meant to be going to the Safari Park tomorrow but haven't had anything from them regarding passes, as per the initial Drayton email which said we'd have separate ones!

I saw somewhere that the west midlands safari pass element is staying on Tap so you should be able to use it on there. So two separate systems for the two parks

The Tap app doesn't seem to work anymore and my email from Drayton says that the Safari Park will issue a separate pass. So as it stands we're just turning up tomorrow with no proof we are passholders :LOL:
 
my daughter going to Drayton Manor with her school in July. We told the school we only want a price for transportation only as been annual pass holders she can get in for free. Now originally I sorted out the tap app for her but with the new accounts her pass is on my account as I brought hers and mine at the same time but only want mine and my sons in my Apple Wallet which is also on another account and my daughters on her own phone. Is that possible or do I need to go the park to sort out.
 
I think you will be able to add them all to Apple Wallet and share hers with her separately. It looks like once you can get access to the account it will all be ok to do.

Anyone had any luck? Cutting it fine with their 48 hour prediction!

We managed to get it to Safari with just the standard ticket without photos thankfully, although I got the impression they weren’t sure what was meant to be happening with them!
 
My pass has expired now so I can't help at the moment :) (I'm not going to renew until this is sorted out either)

Has anyone had much luck with Guest services on this? they were pretty responsive last week on it
 
I’ve sent a message today asking if passes are going to be extended due to not being able to use them. We was planning to go to Thomas land for a few hours (mainly for the soft play 🤣 and captain) however I don’t want to risk just turning up to be refused entry without proof of ownership of the annual pass as they’ve always been so strict about the photo element.
