It is working for me also. Not sure many people will take the offer of friends and families up at that price. Lol

Can't see where you upload any photos. There is only an option for the account holder, so theoretically anyone can use these passes. (From website:

'Photo (optional)​

To change your current account picture, select the new image and save.

You account picture is also used to allow you to have access to our park installation, choose an image that reflect your face. Please do not use images of animals or object, only your face.')

No parallel running or testing of the new system, or actually checking that they are are correct for that matter.

The only saving grace that they have is that most other parks are in dire straits!

There’s an option to add more accounts onto your main one and I’ve done this with my sons and moms pass.

My other passes say they’ve already been redeemed to another account.. I’ve got 3 on my wallet but can’t add photos to any but mine

Passes also say they expire March 15th but they actually expire October 17th
 
I’ve added a photo to my account, but can’t to the rest of my family, and the downloaded one doesn’t have a photo on it anyway 🤦‍♂️

Can’t seem to add the carer pass either!
 
We've got 4 annual passes, had the email a few days ago, finally today we reset the password saw this on facebook

that isnt the case for me, only the one pass is showing.
 
I've got 3 passes downloaded now on to my phone, but none with photos, and carer one simply doesn't work. I'll email them and see what happens. It's a bit bad as it's affecting our Safari Park visits too.

I don't think this system is very ideal. I am reluctant to renew my passes until this is resolved and properly operating.

I feel bad for guest services who are trying their best to resolve and support this when it isn't their system, its another company entirely. (Much love to Guest Services!)

I think they need to do a step by step guide for this. I've got 3 passes under my name by the looks of it, and only my photo online (which is sideways) and there's nowhere to put any more. If my wife takes the kids I don't know what will happen and also have no idea what to do if the Safari Park ask to see passes as proof as they have done in the past.
 
I have noted that there is a section called related accounts so you can set up accounts for each member. You can set up using first and last name and then create an account. If you client on the named person, it gives you the opportunity to edit details and one of these options is to upload a photo. This looks as though it is the way of uploading an photo for children on your account and the pass and I assume they will link it somehow. It gives you the opportunity to link it to an e-mail address, but you may not want to go down this route for children, which I personally don't. If this is the way, then it isn't very user friendly and in this day of apps, I wonder why they don't go down the route of a looping group app which could be utilised by all parks. I am far from an IT expert.
