I’ve just tried too and it works now too. Guest services also wrote back confirming the issue has been fixed but if there are any more then we need to contact them again.A friend of mine has tried the process just now and it appears to have worked.
There’s an option to add more accounts onto your main one and I’ve done this with my sons and moms pass.It is working for me also. Not sure many people will take the offer of friends and families up at that price. Lol
Can't see where you upload any photos. There is only an option for the account holder, so theoretically anyone can use these passes. (From website:
'Photo (optional)
To change your current account picture, select the new image and save.
You account picture is also used to allow you to have access to our park installation, choose an image that reflect your face. Please do not use images of animals or object, only your face.')
No parallel running or testing of the new system, or actually checking that they are are correct for that matter.
The only saving grace that they have is that most other parks are in dire straits!

Photos will be on the website only - I believe they will appear on the scanners when they scan at the gates most likely (and won't populate into google wallet/apple wallet)I've got 3 passes downloaded now on to my phone, but none with photos, and carer one simply doesn't work. I'll email them and see what happens. It's a bit bad as it's affecting our Safari Park visits too.

I don't think this system is very ideal. I am reluctant to renew my passes until this is resolved and properly operating.
I feel bad for guest services who are trying their best to resolve and support this when it isn't their system, its another company entirely. (Much love to Guest Services!)
